ParentDocket provides co-parenting communication and record-keeping tools: messaging sealed into a tamper-evident hash chain, custody calendars, expense tracking, document storage, and certified exports. One subscription covers the subscriber and one linked co-parent ("second parent free").
You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information. You are responsible for your credentials. Each parent uses their own account; sharing one account between parents defeats the integrity of the record and is prohibited.
Plans are $4.99/month or $49.99/year after a 14-day free trial, billed through Stripe. A linked co-parent does not pay while the subscribing parent's plan is active. If the paying subscription lapses, both parents' access is limited to read-only export of the existing record until a subscription resumes. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future billing and does not delete the shared record (see Section 5).
No harassment, threats, or unlawful content; no attempts to circumvent record integrity; no automated scraping. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform or other users, with export of the existing record still available.
The core feature of ParentDocket is an append-only message record. By sending a message you acknowledge it cannot be edited or deleted afterward, by either parent or by ParentDocket. Closing your account does not remove messages from the shared record, because the other parent retains rights to it. Certified Exports describe the integrity mechanism factually; whether any record is admitted as evidence is always a decision for the court.
ParentDocket is a record-keeping tool. Nothing in the service โ including tone suggestions, custody-order parsing, or export certifications โ is legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is created. Consult a licensed attorney for legal questions. Automated parsing of custody orders is an aid and may contain errors; review parsed schedules against the original order.
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, ParentDocket's total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We do not warrant that any export will be admitted into evidence or achieve any particular legal outcome.
We may update these terms with notice for material changes. We may discontinue the service with at least 90 days' notice, during which exports remain available.
